By accessing or using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and any other terms displayed on the platform.

G10 Educational Platform is managed by Jiten Deka. In these terms, G10 Educational Platform may be referred to as we, us, our or the Creator.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

Access and registration

Learners may need to register with a name, email address, phone number or other profile details to access courses, materials, live classes, tests, fees, invoices or store orders.

If a learner is below 18 years of age, the learner must use the platform with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree that the information submitted during registration, admission, purchase or enrolment is true and complete, and you agree to update it when required.

Learning content and license

Course content includes study materials, practice tests, live sessions, recordings, presentations, PDFs, images, text files and other academic resources published by G10 Educational Platform.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, personal and non-commercial right to access the content assigned or purchased through your account.

You must not copy, resell, publicly display, redistribute, mirror, modify, upload elsewhere or share protected course content unless G10 Educational Platform gives written permission.

Account conduct

You must use the platform only for lawful learning purposes and must not disrupt, damage, misuse, hack, overload or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

Harassment, abusive conduct, impersonation, spam, fraud, harmful files, offensive content and misuse of public forums or communication tools are not allowed.

G10 Educational Platform may suspend access, remove content or restrict an account if these terms are violated.

Payments and purchases

Some courses, live classes, printed books, hard-copy products, school project items, stationery or store products may require payment.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. G10 Educational Platform does not store sensitive card or payment credentials on its own servers.

Once access to digital content is purchased or an order is confirmed, cancellation and refund rules are governed by the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All platform design, course materials, study content, practice test content, logos, videos, images, files and related materials are owned by or licensed to G10 Educational Platform unless otherwise stated.

Using the platform does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the learner, parent, teacher or visitor.

Disclaimer and limitation

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While we try to maintain reliable access, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G10 Educational Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
